Livestream Special Event

A CreatorUp Online Special Event package includes:

• Up to ten hours of consultation with our certified CreatorUp program consultants (more time available on an hourly basis as needed) to help you evaluate and choose the best platform for your needs and develop a strategy to create entertaining and engaging content, specifically designed for online delivery.
• We can also help you determine content production needs based on what scope of content is desired.
• You can level up the production value of your event by purchasing one of our production and post-production add-ons listed below.
• Webcam tech support for up to 10 speakers.
• Our tech experts will put your speakers at ease and help them create memorable content from their own locations.
• Includes one of our certified editors, who will assemble the webcam footage, adding stock footage where necessary, simple graphics and one royalty-free music track.
• We will offer up to two rounds of revision to make sure we get it right.
• Includes a technical run through and livestream of your event online.
• Up to 1000 attendees. Additional attendees may be available as an add-on, discuss with your producer at project kick-off.
• Other add-ons include scripting, talent, platform upgrade, and studio location.
  

Approximate delivery timeline: 2 weeks prep, does not include additional content production time. Discuss your timeframe needs with your producer during your kick-off call - shorter timeframes may be possible, additional rush fees apply.
