Localization

Work with the CreatorUp localization team to tailor content for your local market(s) and ensure it is representative of the markets that will engage with your educational content - ranging from case studies and infographics to imagery and graphic design.

Translation - Learning

Work with CreatorUp to implement translation to courseware and assets in nine different languages. Includes voiceover and subtitles.

Workbook & Resource Development - Basic (x1=$35)

Work with a CreatorUp Instructional Designer and a creative team of graphic designers and copywriters to provide additional resources and templates to help your audience lock in key concepts. Basic updates to existing materials, providing copy and design in PPT, PDF, Keynote. 1 round of review. All imagery provided by the client. Pricing is per page.

Actor Casting (Basic)

We will pull from our network of talent to source a short list of options for you to choose from. Pricing per role. (Casting only. Does not include actors day rate.)

An expert casting director will source actors from multiple resources and conduct auditions to fill your role. Pricing per role. (Casting only. Does not include actors day rate.)

Actor Casting (Standard)

We will put out a casting call for your specific role and curate a short list of options for you to choose from. Pricing per role. (Casting only. Does not include actors day rate.)

Rush Order

For time crunches, speak with your producer for a customized delivery schedule that will fit your needs.

Cast Rehearsal

Bring your cast together to practice the script before shoot day (up to 4 hours of rehearsal time).

Concept Development (Basic)

One of our certified producers will help you develop the creative concept for your project.

Concept Development (Standard)

A subject matter expert will work with you to develop a creative and effective concept for your project.

Concept Development (Premium)

A team of producers will develop and pitch you three creative concepts for your project.

Scripting (Basic)

We will copy edit your existing script to make it feel conversational on screen with up to one round of revisions

Scripting (Standard)

We will script your narrative or other creative content with up to two rounds of revisions.

Scripting (Premium)

We will script complex educational, technical, or marketing content with up to three rounds of revisions and/or expertise.

Storyboarding (Basic)

Simple black and white storyboarding with one round of revisions. Pricing per pack of 12 frames. (Recommended: 12 frames/minute)

Storyboarding (Standard)

Black and white artfully designed storyboarding with two rounds of revisions. Pricing per pack of 12 frames. (Recommended: 12 frames/minute)

Storyboarding (Premium)

Presentation-ready full-color storyboarding with premium design. Pricing per pack of 12 frames. (Recommended: 12 frames/minute)

City Charge

In some larger markets, such as New York, Chicago, Miami, etc, there is a 15% increase due to higher crew costs.

Production

Additional Actor (Background)

Non-union actor for background (non-speaking) role.

Additional Production Hour

One additional production hour that yields an additional 5 minute of content.

Dubbing (Basic)

English-language dubbing for one character. Priced per speaker.

Dubbing (Premium)

A voiceover artist will re-record dialogue for one character speaking a language other than English or Spanish, such as French, Mandarin, or Arabic (rarer languages will incur customized charges). Priced per speaker.

Dubbing (Standard)

A voiceover artist will re-record audio for one character speaking Spanish. Priced per speaker.

Market (Large, Metropolitan Cities)

Select if filming in NY, SF, Dubai, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Berlin and most other large, metropolitan cities outside US.

Market (Medium-Sized City)

Select if filming in Chicago, Miami, DC, Dallas, Houston, San Diego, Seattle, Sao Paulo, or most other medium sized cities in and outside US..

Market (Rural)

Additional fees apply when shooting outside major metropolitan areas.

Additional Actor (Speaking)

Non-union actor for a speaking role in your project.

Add additional camera for expanded coverage. Pricing per day of filming.

Hair & Makeup (Basic)

A makeup assistant to check shine and adjust hair clean-ups as needed. Pricing per day of filming.

Hair & Makeup (Standard)

A certified hair and makeup stylist (can support a cast of up to three). Pricing per day of filming.

Hair & Makeup (Premium)

A two-person hair and makeup team (can support a cast of up to six). Pricing per day of filming.

Location (Basic)

Small production stage, flexible location. Pricing per day.

Location (Standard)

Specific but common location (office, home, upgraded soundstage etc...). Pricing per day.

Studio Teacher (Basic)

Required by law when children are present on set. One studio teacher for up to 10 kids for 8 hours.

Studio Teacher (Standard)

Required by law when children are present on set. One studio teacher for up to 10 kids for 12 hours.

Studio Teacher (Premium)

Required by law when children are present on set. Two studio teachers for up to 20 kids for 12 hours.

B-Roll (Customized, Same Day)

Tell your story visually by adding cutaway shots. Adds one additional hour to your shoot day (including set-up). Must be same location.

COVID Safety Fee (+ $596 )

For in-person productions, we practice strict safety protocols, which includes testing for all crew, location sanitization, etc.

Green Screen

Filming your scene in front of a green screen enables layering any background with the subject in post production.

Language Fee

For production or editing in languages other than English, we will provide key multilingual team members (less common languages will incur customized charges).

Speaker Coaching / Directing

One of our CreatorUp certified producers will remotely coach your on-camera talent to ensure they look and sound their best. Price is per hour of coaching time.
