Responsibilities

  • AP oversight including approvals (Vendors, Invoices, POs), ensuring expenses are properly classified (COA, Prepaids, Fixed Assets), preparing AP aging reports, preparing recommended payment reports, subledger reconciliation
  • AR oversight including approvals (Customers, Invoices), preparing AR aging reports, collections, and subledger reconciliation
  • HR & Payroll oversight (Employees and Consultants)
  • Cash flow reporting including updating cash flow actuals, monitoring cash in bank, and preparing cash flow position
  • Review and approve commission calculations
  • Accruals oversight including overseeing proper period recognition of expenses, ensuring accruals are properly segmented (general, legal, commissions, bonuses, payroll, etc.)
  • Reviewing of Financials for proper recognition and presentation, drafting of financials, preparing departmental views
  • Assist VP, Finance with monthly re-forecasts, annual budgets
  • Accounting system management including COA updates, closing the period, and adding classes/departments
  • Compliance oversight including managing and overseeing the Business License, Seller’s Permit, Business Property, Franchise Tax, and Statement of Information
  • 1099 oversight, including final approval before submission
  • Perform various other tasks/projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 6+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Start-up experience preferred
  • Production accounting experience desired
  • Experience with Entertainment Partners or Extreme Reach software a plus
  • Leadership level communication, analytical, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently from a remote work environment
  • Maintain high attention to detail and strict deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of QBO, Google Suite, Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media and Email Outreach to help scale the network and staff for client video projects (ie,: strong user knowledge of Facebook groups, StaffMeUp, your own creative network, etc…)
  • Vetting of new network members to assess individual skill level and make recommendations for employment and/or training programs — including reviewing director’s reels, reading writing samples, and interviewing production coordinators and PA’s 
  • Assisting in the creation and sharing of materials for CreatorUp onboarding, client certification, and project surveys 
  • Ideation around recruitment strategies and identifying talent
  • Working with the social media team on visuals/copy for the network content calendar

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and manage all human resource initiatives, such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.
  • Oversee staff operations, business planning, and budget development of HR programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate various types of agreements including, but not limited to sales agreements, employment agreements, contractor / vendor agreements, production agreements, and partner agreements
  • Keep abreast of state, national and international employment laws, especially as they pertain to studio and video production
  • Maintain data privacy policy and stay abreast of state, national and international privacy laws (eg CCPA, CPRA) 
  • Prepare and maintain charts for various projects throughout the year, research issues for ad hoc intellectual property and production requests and prepare research memoranda, 
  • Develop and update standard forms & templates

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for producers and internal stakeholders for all financial matters related to productions
  • Oversees onboarding for producers
  • Managing a team of Production Coordinators
  • Manages the budget process during all stages of production
  • Report on profitability of all productions on an ongoing basis 
  • Ensure each project’s profitability goals are met
  • Manages the internal production team’s cost tracking as well as freelancer cost management via credit card reconciliation tools (ie. Divvy)
  • Manage, maintain and approve timesheets and invoices for freelancers

  • You will leverage your experience as a Bidding Producer to bid projects for a wide range of branded content projects
  • You will need to be a good researcher who can quickly determine accurate cost estimates for any line item
  • You’ll work with multiple teams across our organization including product, sales, creative, production, and post production to ensure your bids are competitive and creatively aligned
  • Working as a liaison between production and product teams in pricing new and existing production service products for the CreatorUp Marketplace.
  • Working with the sales, product, creative, production, and post-production teams across multiple projects to review and budget all potential options to be offered to the client
  • Provide complete and thorough bid estimates through the project lifecycle (pre-sales, development, production, etc) working closely with our Product, Platform, and Sales teams.
  • Continue generating iterations of scope throughout the project
  • Revise budgets as needed based on internal and client feedback
  • Provide an internal SOW summarizing all significant deal points to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Ensure working documents and data are maintained.
  • Work with creative producers, writers, and executives to align on what their vision is and how it informs the budget
  • Manage high volume of bids, many with tight turnarounds

Experience:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Director, 360VR Sales is responsible for driving new 360VR related business at CreatorUp and building a book of new business that will become Enterprise accounts. This role is critical to successful revenue generation and to meet CreatorUp’s annual revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive new business opportunities and change the way enterprise clients buy video content leveraging the CreatorUp marketplace. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of sales experience and strong working knowledge of media products across the digital media industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, nurture, and close business from existing leads, from marketing and or assigned accounts for assigned verticals
  • Source and close new business to regularly meet and exceed sales goals through all relevant channels
  • Build an intimate understanding of CreatorUp’s platform, and how it meets the needs of their customers, so as to best articulate the value proposition in market
  • Develop Annual / Quarterly Sales Targets, track and report progress, reforecast as needed in partnership with Leadership
  • Develop and implement OKRs & KPIs to optimize success – including sales processes, plans and implementation
  • Partner with Marketing to develop Ideal Client Profiles, collateral & scripts to ensure best in class execution

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Director, Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving new business at CreatorUp and building a book of new business that will become Enterprise accounts. This role is critical to successful revenue generation and to meet CreatorUp’s annual revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive new business opportunities and change the way enterprise clients buy video content leveraging the CreatorUp marketplace. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of sales experience and strong working knowledge of media products across the digital media industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, nurture, and close business from existing leads, from marketing and or assigned accounts for assigned verticals
  • Source and close new business to regularly meet and exceed sales goals through all relevant channels
  • Build an intimate understanding of CreatorUp’s platform, and how it meets the needs of their customers, so as to best articulate the value proposition in market
  • Develop Annual / Quarterly Sales Targets, track and report progress, reforecast as needed in partnership with Leadership
  • Develop and implement OKRs & KPIs to optimize success – including sales processes, plans and implementation
  • Partner with Marketing to develop Ideal Client Profiles, collateral & scripts to ensure best in class execution
  • Ensure cross-team collaboration with Production & Marketing ensuring we can deliver on client contract obligations – such as balancing demand with capacity, establishing new tests, etc.
  • Support Leadership on global roll-out of CreatorUp capabilities, and establishing best pricing models in new markets
  • Establish a culture of cross-team collaboration

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
  • Experience in building and maintaining team relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
  • Proven record of success selling to public/non-public enterprises
  • Proven track record of sourcing and identifying your own leads, but also of account management

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working with video production and/or the creation of digital media
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Salesforce, or experience in a CRM software
  • Experience with / interest in working in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment

  • Meeting or exceeding the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Meeting or exceeding the monthly, quarterly, and annual lead targets
