Sales Assistant – Business Development/Partnerships
Overall Focus:
- Works with current sales leadership to impact sales process stages & grow new business revenue.
- Proactively updates CRM (Salesforce), based on feedback from leadership and direct decisions.
- Helps create custom sales content, reporting on active sales projects and provides research materials based on client needs in the opportunity stage.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help the sales team generate business leads and/or advance Salesforce opportunity stages.
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company’s services and products.
- Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings.
- Collab with manager on daily huddle meeting recapping weekly plans and key SFDC opportunity advances.
- Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales.
- Join calls with sales representatives to support in tracking information, updating documentation & CRM data, and/or immediate agreed upon follow-up.
- Must be able to assist in all sales campaigns as needed including;
- Understanding new lead status and next process steps, next tasks such as custom emails, appointment setting, follow up emails, sending custom decks, sending CreateTrack landing pages and/or sending links to relevant video examples.
- Reach out to new leads to help qualify, take notes and schedule appointments.
- Timely drafting of proposals with relevant samples based on client intake calls.
- Proactively suggest sales nurture messaging with open SFDC opportunities such as new calls, webinar content, samples, graphics, etc to keep active opportunities fresh.
- Draft templated legal document sales agreements.
- Partner with sales and marketing to create a resource library of relevant email templates, quick response email snippets, best practice industry decks, and best Launch Pads to send.
- Partner SVP sales to drive efficiency and support the sales team in hitting the monthly new business development goal and yearly new business revenue sales goals.
- Partner with other sales leadership on assigned accounts/projects that are deemed new business priority projects.
- Understand the monthly and quarterly new business development goals, pipeline and actuals on a recurring basis.
- Digitally (remotely) assist with conferences and capture lead information in partnership with the sales team to facilitate meetings and new business opportunities.
Compensation: $25 – $28/hour
